Please improve the ability to enter hours, this task alone is a daunting and time-consuming task. It would be great if hours could be uploaded via a spreadsheet to all hiring clients enrolled into the profile.

Allow the user to sort columns in the training records. Currently it shows the most recently completed tasks on top. Make it so that the order can be changed to see the once closest to being due as one example
