Adding contractor Feedback into contractor profiles

Currently, Compliance Pro lacks the ability to grade work performed by contractors. While we gain assurance through documents, ongoing feedback should be used to grade how the contractors actually performed their work. Closer to the idea of ongoing safety performance monitoring than the traditional measuring of safety performance.
