IT would be nice to have the ability to change names in a profile. I have a co-worker how recently got married and I am unable to change to her married name. At least I was able revise her email address.

Could you make it any more difficult to find where to upload insurance documents? I clicked around for 30 mins trying to find it. Then i asked your "Help" bot, but it asked way more questions than it answered and the ended the chat. Cool :(

Whether it is a typo or not knowing how to spell a word, at least run a spell check putting citations or OSHA regulations in your written program sections. Embarrassing mistakes for a professional compliance site!

Please improve the ability to enter hours, this task alone is a daunting and time-consuming task. It would be great if hours could be uploaded via a spreadsheet to all hiring clients enrolled into the profile.
