Currently OQ and training notifications are sent by expiration date, once the expiration date passes the notifications are no longer sent. Make notification assignment based with notifications sent weekly for an incomplete or expired task.

When you expand the menu bar out, please make it lock. It goes back to small when you click to get into a new screen and you have to continuously resize it every time.

It is very inconvenient to see what is is still in compliance but needs to be reviewed. Having to click through the entire list to hope you can find the one that is going to expire is time consuming and not user friendly.
