uploading document for review flags vendor as F?

When I upload a document for review, it flags my account as F, when before I uploaded the document it was a B.
Can we get something so it doesnt automatically flag my account with a score of F?
Happened twice to me within a week.

I dont know how many users it affects.
Even the person I spoke to at Veriforce said they wished that bug was fixed; makes unnecessary 'fire drills' to put out.

Additionally, the Operator wont pay invoices from my company when it shows F.
