So, let me get this straight. I assign a group a training session that consists of 15 employees. Then 1 out of the 15 people in that group does not need that ONE training but I cannot delete the assignment for that ONE employee because he is in the group of 15? Sorry, that is ridiculous. I am not just going to make another group of 14 employees so just one employee doesn’t get assigned that ONE training assignment. And I just do not want someone to waste time on a training he or she doesn’t need. Nor just assign the training to the employee and never have him or her complete the training because I will never show as 100% complete for group. Talk about frustrating.
I would like to submit this suggestion: The power to assigned or unassigned (delete) a training session for an employee(s) within a group.
